Ashley joined the Probe Research team in January 2025 after nine years with Leger Marketing's Public Affairs and Communications team in both Winnipeg and Toronto.

Ashley's expertise spans a variety of research methods, including tracking studies, usage and attitudes research, communications research, advertising effectiveness and customer satisfaction surveys. Ashley particularly excels at helping communications teams – including within public, private and not-for-profit sector organizations, as well as their agency partners – derive insights that support and enhance advertising, marketing and communications campaigns.

Probe Research was founded in September 1994 and grew quickly from a sole proprietorship into a core team of elite research consultants. During this time, Probe has evolved into a boutique firm that serves more than 500 clients across a wide range of sectors.
